About the Instructor – Joseph Gleed, LCSW

Joseph Gleed, LCSW, is a seasoned clinician and educator with extensive experience in trauma treatment, psychotherapy, and nonverbal communication. He has worked with trauma survivors, women’s groups, veterans, law enforcement, and individuals facing PTSD and chronic pain.

Joseph integrates evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused ACT, EMDR, and somatic therapies to enhance clinical effectiveness. His background as an anti-human trafficking undercover operator gives him a unique, real-world perspective on mastering nonverbal cues for therapeutic impact.

Course Completion & CE Information (3 Ethics CE Credits)

Course Requirements: Utah social workers must attend the entire course and complete an evaluation to earn CE credit. Certificates of completion will be emailed within 10 business days of course completion.

CE Approval: This course is approved by the Utah Social Work Association.
