Joseph Gleed
Joseph Gleed, LCSW

Joseph Gleed is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, educator, and CE course provider with over 20 years of experience working in trauma treatment, clinical instruction, and program development. He is the founder of Renova, where he leads advanced trainings for clinicians focused on effective, embodied, and evidence-based trauma care. As an Adjunct Instructor at Utah Valley University and a current Doctor of Social Work (DSW) student at the University of Kentucky, Joseph is actively researching integrative approaches to trauma treatment that combine EMDR, somatic therapies, and Trauma-Focused ACT (TFACT). His courses reflect best practice in CE design, offering research-informed content, real-world application, and a strong emphasis on clinician well-being and ethical care.
Joseph’s background includes international humanitarian work in anti-trafficking operations and the development of The Victor Course, a mind-body trauma program integrating therapy and self-defense. His mission is to equip mental health professionals with practical tools to treat trauma effectively and sustainably.

Dr. Brittany Kiyoko Badger-Gleed
Brittany Badger Gleed, PhD, MCHES
Educator | Well-Being Specialist | CE Instructor | Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor
Dr. Brittany Badger Gleed is a seasoned educator, program developer, and advocate with nearly 15 years of experience designing and delivering health and wellness programs for diverse populations. She is a Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES), Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and PhD-level researcher in health and kinesiology with a strong specialization in women’s health, trauma, eating disorders, and substance use recovery.
Brittany’s work integrates trauma-informed care, health equity, and practical behavior change strategies—delivered through a lens of social justice and systems awareness. She has led program development in universities, treatment centers, correctional facilities, and community agencies, with a focus on improving mental wellness, preventing violence, and empowering individuals to reclaim well-being and safety.
As a certified trauma-informed Krav Maga instructor (Brown Belt), Brittany also brings a somatic and real-world component to her work, blending psychoeducation with movement, empowerment, and skill-building. Her continuing education (CE) trainings for clinicians are grounded in evidence-based practice and adult learning theory, with a focus on embodied wellness, nutrition and body image recovery, and trauma-informed approaches to health behavior change.
Brittany holds a PhD in Health and Kinesiology from the University of Utah, where she also earned her MS in Health Promotion and her BS in Psychology. She continues to serve as a consultant, trainer, and board member for organizations working to end violence and promote community wellness.
